CANCELLATION POLICY
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due
90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200
is required. Owners are strongly encouraged to obtain our
NEW! Trip Cancellation Insurance.

FOR ANY REASON INSURANCE This insurance is available for as
little as $25. If you choose not to get the insurance no
refunds will be given unless the unit is re-booked.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Check - Visa - Master Card
- American Express - PayPal - Cash - Diners Club Personal Checks
must be paid 30 days in advance of arrival date.
